After 28 years as a dedicated bodywork practitioner, my own healing journey led me to study the deeper energetic roots of pain and transformation. Over the past three years, I immersed myself in advanced training with Biofield Healing Immersion® and The Compassion Key®—two revolutionary modalities that unite science, energy, and heart-centered awareness to restore harmony from the inside out.

However, massage treatments are just one part of a greater healthy lifestyle. Yoga/ daily stretching and breathing exercises are also key elements in reducing stress, maintaining overall health, and can extend the benefits of your massage treatments. Proper diet, drinking plenty of water, exercise and lots of laughter are also important ingredients to a balanced life.
